According to my super secret FOX source, from what she's read, the season premiere will not be commercial free and it will be two separate episodes airing at 8:00 and 9:00pm.
Thanks to my super-secret program director source at a New York FOX affiliate, I have a premiere date!
Monday, January 3, 8-10pm ET
Happy New Year!
Anyone want to create a countdown clock? ;)
Hey guys. I've been here for awhile but never posted. I've been a 24 fan since the first season, haven't missed an episode since the beginning. However, I had to work Tuesday night when the finale aired (at least I'm assuming it did). I forgot to set the VCR timer, called my mom on the way in and she couldn't figure it out. So needless to say, I missed it. Can anyone fill me in on what happened? Thanks so much!

just gave the heads up about how there are detailed spoilers for eps up to 3x23 out there. So, there are probably some websites that you should avoid
if you want to stay spoiler free and be surprised about the rest of this brilliant season.
Also, new community announcement. Because this is the season of pain and every episode is just getting darker and darker - you are invited to join club_denial.
We drink and live in denial. Good times.
I hope everyone's staying strong out there. I know it's difficult.
I just found out that 24 won't be showing tonight (Tuesday, April 13), because of President Bush's press conference. It doesn't appear as though it's been postponed until tomorrow, either. Does anyone know when tonight's episode will be playing?
And also, is it just the east coast that won't be showing it tonight? Because if this is the case, I could just download it as a bit torrent.
It figures that FOX would replace 24 for tonight with an hour of stupidity.
Not going to give away any spoilers for the first episode after the dreadful hiatus...but I have just a couple questions...
After everyone sees it, feel free to comment on how you felt about seeing the show now after 6 weeks? Was it worth waiting 6 weeks for this episode or do you think more could have happened?
Or do you think less should have happened because way too much happened, and it was hard to grasp everything?
To avoid spoling in case you haven't watched it yet...don't read the comments until AFTER you have seen it.
Crossposted with my own LJ.
The official site has a link to a survey about 24 and bio terrorism which is very interesting.24 survey
Which means they really ask the fans for their opinions? If they really read it, this is a really good idea. :D
Hi, this is your friendly mod *waves* This is the first tuesday of a month of no 24. How are people handing the hiatus? Anyone got any coping mechanisms?
I'm thinking (after reading a very interesting "Jack's finest moments" and "Is Jack now evil?" set of threads on the OS) that I might start rewatching season one.
Although, something had me thinking and since it's Tuesday which means no cuts necessary I thought I'd bring it up in light of the previous two eps.
Were the emotional ramifications of Nina's death handled correctly or sort of pushed to the side for more action? I'm thinking we haven't seen the
full repercussions of the act, yet. But I'm not sure.
